What does the app cost?

Letters for Kidz is free to download and includes a set of letters to try. Unlocking the full app is a single one-time purchase (US$4.99 or the local equivalent). There is no subscription, and there are no other purchases inside the app.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open Settings inside the app, pass the parental gate, and choose Restore purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account that made the original purchase.

Do the apps work offline?

Yes. In Settings you can download a language pack, after which letters, words, pictures, and audio all work without a connection. Purchases, restores, and new content still need the internet.

Which languages are supported?

Letters for Kidz ships with English and Svenska. Each language gets its own example words rather than a direct translation of the English ones, so the letter sounds actually match. Norsk, Dansk, Español, Français, and Deutsch are in the queue.

Audio is not playing. What should I check?

Check the device volume, the silent switch, any connected Bluetooth speaker, and whether sound is switched on in the app's own settings. If it still stays quiet, email us with the app name, your device model, and the app version from the About screen.

Is it safe to hand my child the phone?

There are no third-party ads, no child accounts, no chat, no links out to the web from the child-facing screens, and no behavioural tracking. Purchases and settings sit behind a parental gate.

What age is it for?

Roughly ages 3 to 8. Younger children tend to stay with the letters and picture words; older ones get more out of the tracing and the quizzes.

How do I make a privacy request?

Email forkidz@thinkheart.co. Because we do not create accounts for children, there is usually nothing stored on our side beyond the support email itself, which we can delete on request.
